Travel Pet Carrier

A soft-sided carrier with mesh on three sides, which matters more than it sounds — an animal that can see out is dramatically calmer than one in a box.

There is a rigid board in the base so the floor does not sag under the animal's weight, and a strap that runs through a car seatbelt so the carrier does not slide across the seat on a corner.

Size by weight, not by how big the animal looks. Small suits up to about 5 kg, medium to 9 kg, large to 15 kg. The animal should be able to stand up and turn around; if it cannot, size up.
