Veterinary consultation offered in store is a general consultation and screening service and is not a substitute for a full veterinary clinic; anything requiring surgery, imaging or overnight medical care is referred on. Product prices include the item as described; sizes, flavours and colours are subject to availability. Unopened food may be returned within 15 days in resaleable condition; opened food cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Boarding requires an up-to-date vaccination record and is refused without one. Grooming times and prices vary by breed, coat condition and temperament and are confirmed before work begins.
