About Us
Run by people who own animals too
We opened on Ramdaspeth Main Road because we kept driving across the city for a decent bag of food, and decided somebody ought to just stock it properly. Everything on our shelves is something we would give our own animals. We do not stock the cheap filler food that keeps a dog alive and slowly ruins its coat, and we will tell you honestly when the expensive bag is not worth the difference for your pet. Grooming and veterinary consultation both happen in store, so a nervous dog does not have to be driven to a third place on the same day. Our groomers work by appointment so there is no waiting room full of barking. If you have just brought a puppy or kitten home and have no idea where to start, come in and ask. We will talk you through food, vaccination timing and what you actually need versus what the internet says you need.

Questions customers ask us
Do you deliver, and how much is it?
Yes, across Nagpur. Free on orders over ₹799, otherwise ₹60. Heavy bags of food are carried to your door rather than left at the gate. Same-day delivery if you order before 4 PM.
Can I return food my pet will not eat?
An unopened bag, yes, within 15 days. An opened one we cannot resell, so no — but come and talk to us. Fussiness is often the switch being done too fast rather than the food itself, and we would rather fix that than lose you as a customer.
Do I need to book grooming?
Yes. We work by appointment specifically so animals are not stacked up waiting in a noisy room. Nail trims and ear cleaning are walk-in. Cat grooming is booked into cat-only slots with no dogs in earshot.
What do you need for boarding?
An up-to-date vaccination record, with no exceptions — it protects every other animal staying with us. Bring their own food if they are on something specific, and a blanket or toy that smells of home makes a real difference on the first night.
Is the vet here every day?
No, the consulting vet is in on scheduled days. Call or message before coming so you are not making the trip for nothing. Anything needing surgery, imaging or overnight care is referred to a full clinic, and we will tell you honestly when that is the case.
Do you sell animals?
We do not sell dogs or cats. We stock fish and small pets, and for dogs and cats we will happily point you towards local rescues and shelters with animals looking for homes.
