Handmade Cat Toys

Crochet toys made by a small group of women here in Nagpur, filled with catnip.

We stock these instead of the imported plastic ones because there is nothing on them to come loose. No glued eyes, no squeaker to be chewed out and swallowed, no hard plastic to crack into sharp pieces. Just yarn and stuffing, which is far less interesting to an emergency vet.

The catnip fades after a few weeks of play. Put the toy in a sealed bag with a pinch of fresh catnip for a day and it comes back.
